Leader of the development, implementation and backlog of data products based on AI

In charge of managing the roadmap, backlog and releases of the new Parent-Teacher communication digital product with the aim of digitize and improve contact between families and educational centers , managing to replace the physical agenda for the 67 educational centers while making the time in the classroom of the educators more efficient.

BA in Financial Products for Sellers:Responsible for the backlog of the team in charge of the digital product for financial products for sellers, for taking the needs to and from the stakeholders (Fpay, Bank and Marketplace), resulting in putting together the first version of the digital financing platform for sellers considering a future automated risk engine and digital signature.BA in Reconciliation team:Leader of agile team of devs in Chile and India for the automation of financial processes in Fpay multi-country, related to the transactional reconciliation of received payments, managing to automate the process with 3 acquirers (In Chile and Peru). Also in charge of leading the use of a low code tool to create backoffice apps (Retool) for the financial operations team.

Chosen by the company ENTEL to participate in the "Without limits challenge" of the UC Innovation Center. The function within the team was to analyze the use of trend information within the company by gathering information and analyzing data.

Practice in Recruitment and Selection management, in charge of optimizing the internship system and recruitment processes in the area.
