Leads and run my team of merchandisers and digital developer. Responsible for campaign guides and seasonal guides, sales solutions and concepts to secure a commercial and inspired store experience with increased conversion, average receipt and sales as a result. We work with digital screens to drive traffic and increase customer experience and sales. Developing, visualizing and documenting merchandising solutions, principles and concepts. Works closely with purchase and sales managers and head merchandisers to optimize sales in all countries. Sales steering During this time, I´m part of developing Clas Ohlson's smallest concept and format, CO1. We build up a 200m2 “real” store in a test environment. I am leading the project when we launch and implement the first two CO1 stores in the UK.

The role is brand new, I am building up the merchandisingorganization in Sweden. I`m a member of the Swedish management team and the commercial team. Develops and introduces campaign guide for the stores. Educate in concepts, campaign thinking and sales management to develop an understanding about the connection between the store's visual expression and its impact on sales performance. Driving the work to make the stores "ready for live broadcast". I am involved in developing Clas Ohlson's concept manual. Develops different formats for city and external stores to meet customer demands and increase sales. Develops a Master Plan to convert all Swedish stores to the new concept that I helped to develop. Part of a group leading the project when we enter and open up our first store in the UK.
