As the Operations and WHS Manager I am responsible for overseeing various operational aspects within the Property team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Duties include developing and implementing operational procedures, optimizing processes, managing resources, identifying areas of improvement, and coordinating with various departments (Leasing, Projects and Facilities) to streamline operations and align operational goals with the overall strategic objectives and ensure smooth day to day operations.Within WHS, I am responsible for implementing proactive safety measures that foster a secure and compliant work environment, ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
