Pmo Analyst
CurrentMain activities:- Support management in business decisions providing periodic accounting reports, materials and presentations- Budgeting and forecasting creating planning models for budget, and forecast - Data Analysis of month-end closing And economics results - Control of relevant Business KPIs (SLA, productivity …) analyzing consistency between target values and actual performances to propose corrective actions- Set up of governance systems and tools, working with internal IT team, in order to support and automate controlling activities and reporting- Implementation of appropriate Project Management policies, templates, proceduresTechnical skills- Strong professional knowledge of SAP (PS, MM) - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Experience of using Project management tools MS ProjectSoft Skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive approach- Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level- High degree of responsibility and accuracy - Good analytical skills with ability to work in detail and also see the big picture- Ability to work very independently but also as part of a teamLanguages:Italian: native speakerEnglish: GoodFrench: GoodSpanish: Good
