Systematization and registration of the activities developed, in the models created or to be created for this purpose;Customer service, reception and technical guidance of beneficiaries;Planning and support to the advertising strategy of the Project;Developing and maintaining open and transparent communication with the Technical Team of the Management Entity and/or ACM (High Commission for Migration); and, in close proximity with the target group, the migrant community;Participation in other activities of the Association that contribute to the pursuit of the objectives of MIL - Migration, Integration and Portuguese Language;Execution of periodic reports;Mediation and intervention in conflict or similar situations;Support in Project Training activities;Other activities that can contribute to the good performance of the Project.

Collaboration in the management of 5 projects in the areas of Development Cooperation (DC) and/or Education for Development (DE): Walk the Global Walk, GVETS, Conectando Mundus - Get in the Loop, Educar para Cooperar e Passaporte para a Leitura. - Internal logistics related to Project Management Life Cycle (contacts with partners, support in the preparation of reports, monitoring tools); - Publication of articles on the international platform of the Walk the Global Walk project; - Application, processing and analysis of questionnaires using SPSS; - Events organization support, promotion of projects and volunteer actions; - Translation of modules 1 and 2 of the GVETS platform (Portuguese-English); - Conducting the first tests of the GVETS platform, and elaboration of a report with feedback; - Processing the stakeholder database and introducing them into SalesForce in coordination with the Communication Office; - Collection and preparation of books and other materials to be sent to Mozambique; - Institutional representation at events.
