I currently serve as the Customer Service Manager at Arkansas Lighting whom I have been with for five years. As a detail-oriented and organized professional, I have become extremely proficient and skillful in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. I also project manage high end custom jobs, as well as mandated schemes for many of the major hotel brands, while still providing proficient support to our sales representatives in the field. In these fast-paced roles, I continue to use my problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations and am a motivated team-player that is always ready to help and support others.
