My job as a Head of School at the International school of Älmhult is inspiring because: •The students put a smile on my face the minute I enter the school building. • We put our values at the center of everything we do. Being Caring, Open-Minded and Balanced is equally important as being Knowledgeable. • Working within the IB framework gives a higher purpose of building bridges between people, and teach the students the right skills for an ever changing world. • A diverse school community gives wider opportunities to learn about the human nature and how our exiting backgrounds forms us. • There are always things that can be improved and it is fantastic to see positive changes come in to place. • I have caring and reflective collegues to collaborate with and tons of passionate teachers around me!
