I’m excited to share my experiences, knowledge, and the limitless potential of facilitation so that together, we can shape new systems.I hold a degree in Sociology (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina) and have completed studies in Leadership (Georgetown University) and Innovation Management (International Innovation Network). I consider myself a facilitator, passionate about social development, innovation, and inclusion. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various sectors, both in the public sphere and the nonprofit sector, always promoting collaborative leadership and diversity.My approach is centered on systemic change, meaning I seek to transform the structures and dynamics that sustain problems, rather than just addressing their symptoms. I believe in the power of relationships, and that’s why my work is always focused on three levels: individual, organizational, and community.I work collaboratively, complementing my knowledge with professionals from different disciplines and cultures. Together, we create programs tailored to the unique needs of each organization and context, facilitating change with a human and relational approach.
