Global Events & Executive Marketing Assistant:Support Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Global and North America Marketing, VP Content & Marketing, Director of Global Events, Director of Customer Experience, Field Director of Americas Network. Assist with several global events (i.e. Global Sales Kickoff, Presidents Club, Pacific Telecommunications Conference, Investor Analyst Day, NY). Arrange event needs (catering and setup) for CEO and Company Quarterly All-hands meetings. Planned and executed Marketing Off-site meetings. Support the Director of Customer Experience with the Customer Advisory Board meetings (designed to expand sales and customer relations), and off-site events.Coordinate travel and transportation arrangements for employees and customers. Provide support to the Global North America Marketing Department. Create Purchase Requests, submit purchase orders for invoice payment, check requests, track invoicing, process expense reports, coordinate calendar, travel schedules and catering needs. Support the Field Director of Americas Marketing , heavy calendar, domestic and international travel. File Management - Maintain an Event Spend tracking spreadsheet for Tradeshow events.Reconcile month end marketing/ events charges for AP processing.

• Responsible for all aspects of event management – site selection, contract negotiation, proposal planning and menu selection• Work closely with vendors and clients to ensure all requirements are fulfilled• Seamlessly orchestrate events for up to 500 attendees• Ability to manage complex issues creatively and effectively

• Effectively manage store operations, maintain appropriate inventory levels and visual merchandising standards.• Ensure all internal and external customers receive exemplary customer service and receive a positive store/brand experience. • Ensure sales associates build relationships with customers.
