I rather learn from my mistakes than never having tried.As a project manager at Scania I have the opportunity to work with tomorrows technology together with competent developers and together we create the next Scania product. I believe that a good dialog, networking and common understanding about the WHY is the way to succeed with a project.The last years I have been involved in the digital and functionality transformation which our products now face. Both from a "way of working" perspective and product perspective. We are also facing the transformation to an agile work way and it is interesting how we can combine ordinaries project managing and flow oriented way of working.
