GRIR /AP intercompany analyst

• Running the Product Costing process for items identified as ready to cost: o For Finished Goods, review new cost vs previous cost and where material difference, contact person (buyer/sourcing) who input the various costing elements to verify input & see if corrections needed. Release costs that are ok to be released per timetable. o For Manufactured items, send out the costing results to Manufacturing to ensure they are accurate & action their feedback by either releasing the cost or rerunning the costing.• Internal 3M communication with issues or questions from Local Finance related to costing.• Trains/Mentor new or existing Product Costing Analysts to resolve issues and build team member competencies.• Subject matter expert to handle advanced, non-routine or complex requests or issues and Analyst back-up.• Responsible for driving governance, process, and/or systems improvements.• Responsible for ensuring team metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise.• Provides Business Coordination (urgent/special requests coordination). • Set up Master Data Finance information for New Materials.

Perform finish product availability planning and distribution from production plant to Distribution Centers and then, to customers. Analyze and Make decisions to deliver On Time and complete.Countries: LADMAR, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Peru.

Tecnical Support by phone , Lync and mail to end users of the application called "My Purchases"​.This tool is used by P&G employees to request any indirect material required like office supplies and others.My role provided support mainly in "how to" training.

Main responsibilities included cycle of Indirect Materials purchasing for production plants in North America and Latin America. Purchases orders creation, delivery follow up, purchases orders correction and payment support. As needed, negotiation with vendor about expediting lead times.Countries: Latin America and Norht America.

Single contact point for customers located in Costa Rica. Receiving and processing Purchases orders from customers. Shipment logistic coordination with DHL warehouse. Account Receivables process and follow up to discrepancies.
