- Align closely with local hiring and recruitment managers to clarify the needed candidate skills and profiles for our graduate and internship job open positions- Ensure high-quality job requisitions to attract the most suitable candidates to open positions- Sourcing IT and business profiles through different search channels, such as active sourcing, through job boards, campus engagements, and GBU University relations- Screening and pre-selecting candidate profiles, using assessment techniques and closely aligning with business expectations- Take good care of our job and candidate data in our recruitment tools (Applicant Tracking System, online job boards, etc.) and ensure fast and neat processing of all candidates- Serve as candidate contact through the screening, interview, offer negotiation, document and offer management, pre-employment screening, post offer follow-up, and candidate engagement during onboarding process- Support short-listing and final candidate selection on request- Actively contribute to the creation of a tailor-made campusplan for the local universities and countries in the region
