Fully responsible to assist and handling office administration, providing all documents, included letters and minutes for company Annual General Meeting, material presentation in two language “Bahasa” and “English”, responsible translating all incoming correspondence addressed to President Director of the company, organizing functions or event for board directors level, managing all documents, stay permits, renewal passport for company expatriates, heavy phone contact with high level executive and local government or DPRD for any appointment of BOD, maintaining records and files up to date and organized. Review Report of all managers to be summarized and reported to President Director.
