Support attorneys (municipal law, labor and employment, litigation). Revise and final legal documents and correspondence; retrieve and update information in electronic and physical files; perform clerical duties in a timely manner including typing, faxing, photocopying, preparing outgoing mail, taking accurate messages, filing, coordinate and confirm deposition schedules with other law firms and court reporter; respond to clients in a professional manner; facilitate the efficient delivery of legal documents and packages; maintain an updated and accurate Outlook calendar for each attorney; provide clerical assistance and other related duties as assigned.
