My role includes coaching and mentoring teams to adopt agile practices, enhancing team collaboration, empowerment, and self-management. As the Lead Producer-Enterprise Agile Coach, I am responsible for managing a team of Scrum Master in Argentina and Uruguay Studios. I master Agile and Project Management best practices and I am versed in implementing them taking into consideration different team sizes and complexities. As an Agile Coach and Mentor, I support the development and growth of individuals within the program. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and ongoing support, I help participants to build their confidence, improve their performance, and drive successful outcomes.As part of a coaching program team, I also contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the program itself, working to incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in agile coaching and mentoring.
