As an organizational psychology professional with years of experience in talent acquisition, people development, and customer service, I'm passionate about helping organizations offer a world class customer experience by attracting and developing their people into innovative, growth-oriented leaders that find meaning in their work. Along with this, having lived in 6 different countries, I'm passionate about bringing a multicultural perspective into my work, as a way to create communities in the workplace that bridge cultures. Much of the fulfillment that I get from my practice is grounded in making the workplace more accessible for underserved populations, which is reflected by my experience volunteering with people living with mental health conditions, unhoused individuals, and victims of abuse. Outside of work you can find me planning my next international adventure, pretending to be a food critic, or aspiring to make it into the Colombian version of So You Think You Can Dance.
