Researching emerging markets, and implementing strategic international business plans. ▪ Forecasting and financial controlling: providing forecasts, analysis and interpretation of market data. Scheduling expenditures, annual budget and other financial objectives for the whole Group. ▪ Communication: developing the Group’s Comms Strategy, promoting good brand image ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to all marketing activities within the clinic. Overseeing social media content, CRM strategy and B2C, B2B commercial approaches. Defining and monitoring the release of contents through email newsletters, web/blog entries, reports and any other type of content required. ▪ Online Performance: enhancing the Group's online performance and website traffic focusing on UX, lead generation, patient engagement. ▪ PR & Branding: enhancing IVF Life and its subsidiaries' brand awareness and existing customer relationships and representing the clinic at conferences and events. Planning, organising and executing various marketing events such as patient events and conferences to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences. ▪Tech support: supervision of CRM add-ons for developing Corporate marketing automation strategies (Pardot/Salesforce).

▪ Coordinating the tasks connected with Assisted Reproduction Treatments for overseas patients.▪ Liaising with other clinic coordinators abroad (all over Europe). ▪ Negotiating Third Party Agreements and ensuring the execution of these agreements. ▪ Supervision and Translation of medical documents (preparation protocols & medical instructions, blood screening tests, prescriptions). ▪ Medical Interpreting (surgeries, operating theatres). ▪ Working together with professionals in other areas of the company to discuss upcoming events and projects.▪ Oocyte Donor Co-ordinator (2010-2015): Donor database maintenance: maintaining records of egg donation while maintaining recipient confidentiality and donor anonymity. ▪ Cycle coordination between donor and recipient patients using established protocols.▪ Ensuring continual supply of appropriate donors for patients.
