In my current role as Senior Project Manager, I am responsible for the process of development and delivery big complex SaaS systems leading 3 remote teams across multiple geographies. My key responsibilities include:• Manage projects’ communications and stewardship of the entire projects' life cycles• Manage change in the scope and technology landscape of the projects, facilitating agreement for revisions to the projects between stakeholders• HR activities: interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training, and motivating new team members• Facilitate Scrum events (as a Scrum Master)• Work with executives to establish and meet projects' goals• Prepare status reports and budgeting reports for our clients and executivesAchievements:• Launched into production the beta version of an enterprise insurance system (SaaS) on time with the new development team I recruited. Took part in planning microservice architecture and CI/CD of the system• ​Hired and introduced an outsourced FE team to our internal engineering team for a pension audit start-up project. That helped to deliver the MVP 1 month earlier• Automated the process of managing tasks in JIRA by setting up a full circle JIRA, GitLab, and AWS integration that significantly reduced developers' time on managing their tasks manually • Organised mentoring inside of the development team. Technologies: At Rendered Source I manage and maintain two enterprise SaaS systems developed on .NET 8 / Angular 17, Python / React JS, AWS Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform.

Responsibilities:• Coached team members and a product owner on Agile processes• Managed two development teams of 5 and 6 engineers and designers• Worked closely with the Product Owner to prepare wireframes for development• Managed and prioritised a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion.Achievements:• Managed development and deployed into production CRM for insurance agencies/brokers that was chosen as a Vendor Solution for advisers and home office users by VOYA (a company with $11.3 billion equity)• Implemented Scrum wireframe to the development process that helped to identify bottlenecks in the process. After fixing them the development processes became more transparent, estimation more accurate and teams’ velocity increased by 20%• Under my coordination a big data project for an asset recovery company was successfully launched with a new technical stack for our team (Python / React JS/Docker/Kubernetes).Technologies:At that time at RenderedSource I managed and maintained projects on ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Python, React JS and Wordpress.

Achievements: • Led the development team of 6 (four engineers, one UX/UI designer and one DevOps) and revamped team processes implementing agile methodologies• Unified and automated progress reports for clients and a CEO that helped to reduce the time for preparing reports and simplified the evaluation of the developers' work.

Responsibilities:• Managed and maintained Yii PHP and WordPress projects which were synchronised with Zoho• Set tasks for a development team and controlled their performance• Training and explaining to new hired developers how Zoho CRM works• Creating monthly reports and invoices for our clients.Achievements:• Re-launched a new version of an existing project for people with disabilities where they could run a dairy of their learning progress themselves and automatically send reports to curators (previously data was collected by curators via phone calls). This helped to reduce curators workload and cut cell phone costs• Synchronised UpWork reports from developers with Zoho CRM via API, so our customers received an automated budget report by the end of each month.

Responsibilities: • During my work on Sellry company I was in charge of maintaining various Magento and WordPress online stores. My main activities were to collect information from clients and turn it into user stories, then based on them preparing tasks for developers and web-designersAchievements:• Adjusted Kanban framework for major client’s projects that helped to unify the workflow and resulted in decreasing tickets response time by 87.5% (from 24 to 3 hours)

Achievements:• Delivered 4 Wordpress online stores using WooCommerce for small businesses with a remote development team (3 engineers and 1 designer) that I recruited via UpWork.

Achievments:• At Nikol I progressed from an Internet-marketer to a coordinator of the development team for less than one year. • Under my coordination a new company's web-site was built, launched and integrated with "Bitrix 1C" account management solution.
