As a Culinary Educator & Wellness Coach, I empower my students and clients with the tools that enable them to create the change they desire. We work collectively to create a successful plan that will be incorporated within their everyday routine to assist them attain their goals. I truly am honored when I meet with a new client and we establish an immediate rapport. Creating a mutual understanding built on trust and transparency, allows me to discuss a true plan, offer tools to facilitate the process of change, assist and guide them onto the path of wellness they seek. I've complimented my coaching business with hosting children's culinary classes both in New York City and Florida. I've hosted numerous culinary classes and events throughout NYC and am now in Florida hosting these classes, farm events, workshops, pop-up Table For Six dining experiences and workshops.I'm presently finishing up on my first children's book and have a few other exciting projects on the table including our annual Children's Business Fair in Florida!My past NYC experience was in the legal field, insurance and real estate. I had the opportunity to work with the Former Speaker of the NYC Council, Hon. Peter F. Vallone at their Astoria law-firm. As a real estate agent, I worked with NY Space Finders, Keller Williams and Valley Rock Realty, in Astoria, Queens.
