As voluntary work, I have been part of the Meltemi Yacht Club since the beginning (2014) and a board member since early 2019. My main field has been event organization and management. For five years I have been the head organizer of Võrtsjärve Nädala Regatt - a week-long regatta on Võrtsjärv with a history of around 60 years.

Since December 2019 I have been part of the Sandbox program - Digital Product Management and Design Thinking study program at the Institute of Computer Science, University of Tartu. I started as a coordinator for teaching and studies and took over the managing position in spring 2021. My main responsibilities have been developing the courses and content of the program, growing the community of future product managers and managing industry and international collaborations. On top of that, I have been facilitating workshops on Design Thinking and conducting trainings for UX research, service design and team dynamics.

Until late 2019, I worked at the design studio Faaz before joining the University of Tartu. We had hundreds of clients and projects from various fields. My main responsibility was to manage the small team of designers, finances and partner relations. As a graphic designer, I worked directly with clients and helped them to solve different kinds of problems. I designed logos and brand materials, catalogues and books, websites, marketing materials, fair areas, signage systems etc. All this taught me to focus on solving the problem and to think strategically. These days design studio Faaz is still my side hustle. I have kept some clients and I sometimes do trainings on Adobe design programs or graphic design.
