Assists in team management, professional correspondence, coaching, team development, and mentoring. Helps administratively with tasks as well and providing support in the 211/988 Lifelines. Works to provide counseling, suicide assessment, crisis intervention, resource referrals, and information to callers throughout the 988 NSPL and 211 Lifeline. Helps to determine need for escalation support, works to de-escalate situations and support community persons in crisis, and fosters skill development among members of the team. Promotes team cohesion, education, and collaboration among team members to best support individuals in crisis.

Provides counseling, suicide assessment, crisis intervention, resource referrals, and information to callers throughout the 988 NSPL and 211 Lifeline. Works to de-escalate situations and support persons in crisis, aims to connect individuals to appropiate avenuse of help, and proceeds to both collect and document appropiate data. Connects individuals to resources, emergency aid, and writes mobile crisis referrals as needed.

Works to create connection, provide opportunity, and establish a healthy environment that allows students with special needs and/or disabilities to grow their skills and experiences at their college campus.
