Managed FOHF business with 12 direct reports from London, Switzerland and the US, overseeing third-party outsourced middle office supplier in Dublin and third-party data entry provider in India. • Directed the functions of SOC control, valuation, FX hedging, cash management and fund expenses, membership on various committees including Valuation, Risk, and Independent Pricing. Maintained a database of 8K hedge funds for price entry, and risk entry. • Administered vendor due diligence including BCP and cybercrime plans, negotiating contracts and monitoring the achievement of KPIs and SLAs via both service calls and on-site due diligence.• Produced reports and presentations to internal stakeholders, explaining projects, providing analysis, and obtaining approval.Key Achievements:• Integrated two new businesses, a US-based FOHF company, with AUM valued at $1.2B, and 18 Hedge Funds, with AUM amounting to $1.3B, on the prescribed schedule, enhancing systems and streamlining processes.• Successfully outsourced middle office functions of 140 Funds sans errors and incidents by acting as the Project Lead, assessing the performance of a third-party supplier and minimising downtime.• Signed-off the operational controls and due diligence for the outsourced services, overseeing the testing of technological solutions to guarantee effectiveness.• Restructured the team to reduce headcount after the acquisition of FRM by Man, assessing functions, allocating duties, and minimising turnover.

Delivered leadership of the FOHF Accounting department to one of Ireland's largest fund administrators and custodians that support sophisticated global investors across a full spectrum of asset classes and strategies. Earned a promotion in July 2006 after successfully performing the functions of Operations Team Leader. Managed a team of eight in the Fund of Hedge Funds Department, spearheading the functions of 100 monthly valuations, trade capture, administration fee calculations, and pricing.• Directly administered assets amounting to $6B, sustaining relationships with five global clients by resolving issues and maintaining constant communications.• Assessed operations including internal control and risks, resolving trade discrepancies and settlement issues in a timely manner.• Maintained general ledger and statements, identifying unusual and potentially suspicious transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.Key Achievements:• Awarded the Northern Trust Signature Service Award in May 2008, given to 5% of global staff per annum, recognising effort and initiative to work with a large pension fund and retain a client with $2B AUM. • Contributed to the increase of AUM by $1.5B, sharing expertise in the creation of winning business pitches and engagement approaches.• Provided insights on a project that resolves new front-end and middle office problems of a client, delivering value-added solutions on valuation, portfolio holding, and pricing information.
