As a user experience expert, I was in charge of promoting the human centered design process and demonstrated the value of this approach within the company• Designed and motivated stakeholders to participate in collaborative workshops to develop innovative product ideas• Researched platforms and methodologies that were best suited to build rapport and collect insights from targeted groups of customers/users of our product• Mapped out end-to-end user experience and identified areas of opportunity to be able to refine user experience • Partnered with product and engineering to balance priorities and advocate for the user while discussing product decisions• Designed and implemented the UX Research roadmap and strategy for Alkanza

Responsible for finding powerful insights employing user centered research methodologies and design thinking that stimulate innovation and disruptive thinking in co working projects with clients from various industries. Main clients: AbbVie, Audi, PepsiCo, Suramericana - recently recognized by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection as the best health provider in Colombia. • Defined the service guidelines for an international health insurance company creating an organizational change within the company, promoting a shift in the focus of employees, from process centered to service centered, promoting better healthcare attention and customer loyalty.• Created the brand book for a Guatemalan snack brand redirecting their focus from a traditional brand only valued by adults to an updated brand with traditional values increasing its target customer and market share.

Managed a team of volunteers and coordinated all areas of the project including private and public schools, parents and students.• Developed and ran a social project including fifteen students from different social backgrounds in which they created awareness campaigns for alcohol and cigarette consumption in teenagers• Supported the team of Sé Bogotá during the pilot project developed with SIMPA and won a Ventures Capital prize. This project was developed during the LiderazgoXBogotá, a program sponsored by the School of Government of the University of the Andes and the Leadership and Democracy Foundation.

Researched of markets, trends and needs, using human-centered design techniques to deeply understand schools of the public education system in the metropolitan area of São Paulo. Research was focused on creating and innovative learning product for children between five and nine years.
