HR Director/Business Partner/Generalist, responsible for providing both strategic and tactical HR and people management coaching, advice and support to multiple portfolio companies under the True North Venture Partners (TNVP) family of companies, AquaHydrex, Inc. (Colorado), Staq, Inc. (Colorado) and Solecta, Inc. (California). Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, retention and recognition programs, training and leadership development, talent management, employee relations, and employee career development. Develop initiatives, policies and programs to create consistency across the organizations.

Resonsible for supporting the organization in all aspects of Human Resources, as a one person Human Resources department; such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Worker's Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Development, Training, Employee Recognition, Diversity and Inclusion. Provide strategic HR and people management support, advice and consultative services to Field Services and Operations business leaders, across 17 Market Units, enabling them to make informed business decisions. Ensure understanding of the business environment, strategy and people implications. Provide people management coaching to business leaders and help develop new leaders. Develop and drive employee engagement. Ensure diverse succession plans in place for key leadership positions. Help design organizations that are diverse and highly efficient and effective. Champion performance and talent management processes with-in customer groups. Work with HR Services to resolve complex employee relations issues. Partner with Centers of Expertise (COE) to design and deliver business required programs. Drive implementation of function-wide HR programs. Lead and facilitate change management with-in the Field Services and Operations teams. Help leaders interpret people metrics for their teams. Drive talent acquisition strategies to source key diverse talent into the organization. Develop annual people plan, in-line with business priorities, goals and initiatives. Develop and execute Region people strategy, HR plan, budget, and HR priorities. Interpret and communicate global HR solutions. Provide consultative support, advice and solutions on all people related subjects, in conjunction with COE and HR Services. Utilize tools / knowledge / informational sources to identify business trends and ensure appropriate (COE) solutions are in place to support the business. Support the HR Service Delivery model by working effectively with HR Services & COEs.
