Worked with the DOJ, FTC, law firms, and corporations on the economic issues raised by competition litigation and proposed mergers. Assembled data sets and analyzed them using Stata, Excel, and Access, created economic models in Mathematica, and reviewed relevant economic literature to determine the impacts of potential mergers on consumer welfare. Used the same tools to develop calculations and models to quantify damages in civil litigation. Wrote memos describing results and edited expert reports. Took notes on Horizontal Merger Guidelines Review panels and assisted with research relevant to the revision process.

Taught and designed syllabi for two Algebra II classes and a 9th Grade Humane Letters (American history, literature, and political thought) seminar. Helped coach the debate, science bowl, and junior high cross country teams.

Structured bond financing and project funding for healthcare, university, and other non-profit clients using DBC Finance. Prepared power point presentations explaining the transactions and market outlook, investigated potential buyers and acquisitions, and developed recommendations on strategies to increase ratings for clients. Wrote responses to Requests for Proposals.
