The Future Leader Programme aims at developing soft skills as well as technical ones. I will cover 3 different job positions in 3 different years, adapting to different contexts and interacting with people of different departments.in my first rotation I am working in MSAT department as product owner of freeze dried products.

The Graduate Development Programme aims to develop different skills to manage the glass bottle/jar manufacturing process. The first 5 months of GDP included rotations in different European and Italian plants. In particular I had the opportunity to work in many different plants in:France;UK;Netherlands;Italy;Through this wonderful experience I learnt a lot, having trainings in each department of production.
