Working on International Cooperation since 2006, both in the non-profit (NGOs) and the Consultancy sectors, coordinating and implementing projects funded by the European Union, the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and United Nations Agencies. Solid experience in proposal writing and project management, including daily coordination of international multidisciplinary teams, oversight of fieldwork planning and monitoring, budget management, report writing, and quality control of technical documents. High capacity for dialogue with partners, beneficiaries, and clients, with strong working experience in multicultural and physically demanding environments. High ability to problem solving and decision making. Extensive expertise in orchestrating Technical Assistance projects with a focus on supporting Public Policies and facilitating Policy Dialogues on a global scale. Working experience in Angola, Brazil, Canada, Cape Verde, East Timor, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Palestine and São Tomé and Príncipe. Since May 2019, co-responsible for guiding and coordinating CESO’s Technical Department (10 to 12 staff), including strategic technical orientation and coordination of CESO projects’ portfolio, representing CESO at high level and strategic meetings with Clients, Partners and, Beneficiaries, i.e. International and Governmental institutions.Fluent in Portuguese with full working proficiency in English.
