Center in Louisville, KY. $260M Arena for the University of Louisville Men's and Women's Basketball teams.Responsible for overseeing all accounting duties during the construction of the KFC Yum! Center – a $260M Arena · Reviewed and process AIA Application for Payment for over 50 subcontractors each month. · Generated and process the Application for Payment to the Owner and complete review with the banking lenders and architects for approval as required.· Maintained Owner Contract, along with tracking executed and pending Change Orders.· Reviewed and maintain all Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Lien Waiver maintenance and Insurance and Bond verifications.· Performed reconciliations of the project budget and quantify impacts on overall cost to complete .· Interfaced with Project Managers and Senior Management on all aspects of project accounting.· Maintained and track certified payroll records for all sub and tier-subcontractors on the project, reporting state and local taxes for TIF tax reporting as well as W/MBE Reporting.· Human Relations Coordinator, functions include new hire orientation and required paperwork, review of benefits and company culture. · Training Coordinator, schedule all required position specific training and update records for the team members .
