Risk Manager with a voting role on the credit committee: - Analysis and assessment of risk on credit with corporate clients with a focus on regions (CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Turkey and India);- Assessment of market environment, analysis and building of the cash-flow model, stress-testing, break-even analysis to understand the business model of the borrower;- Financial analysis of annual reports of local and international accounting standards;- Structuring of the credit facility (including complex structured credit products such as project finance, leveraged buy-out, commodity trade finance and distressed assets)

Recommend underwritten/best efforts financing for corp finance. Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments, including asset types & values, legal and ownership structures, business fundamentals, professional reputations and end market dynamics.
