- Serve in the highly competitive role of academic and personal mentor for the dorm community of 170+ girls- Participate in hall staff brainstorming meetings to better communicate and implement dorm policies and activities- Prioritize internal hierarchies within the dorm, working as the intermediary between rector and the community
