As Associate Director at the Center for Research in Feminist, Queer, and Trans Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, I led the Center's strategic initiatives, managed research funding programs & organizational operations, and developed public-facing projects to strengthen community engagement. In this role, I also secured funding for cutting-edge research across law, medicine, social sciences, public policy & the humanities; directed the executive board and chaired outreach initiatives; taught core classes in the gender & sexuality studies curriculum; and curated, hosted & produced the podcast Gender Jawn. Highlights include: establishing the Center's Trans Oral History Project; advising on gender-affirming policies across the university; and increasing Center grant funding by 10% each year during my tenure.
