I am passionate about strategy, innovation and operations. I love taking a complex problem (particularly if it is growth related), breaking it down, and coming out the other side with a clear path forward. Equally I love leading day to day operations that make customers happy and deliver commercial results.I have international experience in management consulting and industry which has given me the opportunity to work for companies of all sizes, in 10 countries, 3 languages, and diverse settings from an ice cream truck to the boardroom. Along this journey I’ve learned to:Craft growth strategies that are actionable and commercially sound: - Drive research, analyse large data sets, build financial models - Dive into the detail and communicate the big picture with a simple story - Engage the customer and cross-functional teams to inform the strategy Lead business operations to deliver on commercial goals: - Define OKRs and manage performance with relevant reports and insight - Drive business planning, prioritisation and project management - Design cadences and processes to support execution and decision makingBuild, lead and align teams - Care about individuals as humans, which drives trust and loyalty - Enable teams around me to win and grow - Communicate across functions and levels with engaging narratives When I’m not doing the above, I can be found travelling or planning the next adventure. Favourite destinations include Iceland, Israel, Italy and without a doubt my two homes Mexico and Australia.
