This transition included writing the events program documents (contracts for clients and vendors, guidelines for clients and vendors, diagrams and marketing materials). Worked with theatre operations, Boston Fire Department and the City of Boston on capacity, event flow, permits and guidelines to ensure we operated in full accordance to all rules and regulations for events.
