• Responsible for preparation and consolidation of month end results submission to Head Office (HO)• Preparation of financial statements and other financial reporting requirements to HO, company’s management and Athens Stock Exchange• Execution of the Annual Budgeting and monthly Rolling Estimate process for BS, Cash Flow and OPEX• Analysis of variances, deviations and trends on a monthly basis• Working Capital monitoring and analysis• Monitoring of GL postings and analysis for IFRS and local books• Responsible for implementation of new reconciliation processes for SAP modules and GL Accounts• Cash flow preparation, monitoring and review (direct and indirect cash flow) • Daily transactions with banks for receipt and repayment of loans • Implementation of new Treasury reporting systems for hedging, cash monitoring, automation of payments • Daily scheduling, review and authorisation of payments• Managing both internal and external audit and SOX requirements• Daily activities management and problems resolution• Supporting ongoing SAP post implementation projects

• Ownership of SAP implementation in the areas of Business Planning and Reporting, ensuring that all key deadlines and milestones are met• Test execution, assessment of results, redesigning of tests and reports in order to meet business requirements• OPEX Allocation model analysis• Coordinating and supporting the change management activities• Identifying business needs and proposing system adjustments to meet business requirements• Supporting the different business owners, for the go – live period and integration phase
