I taught on-campus and online healthcare classes in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Baker College. This included developing lesson plans, creating instructional videos, and leading hands-on lab sessions. Building a strong rapport with my students was important to me, which I did by encouraging different learning styles, class discussion, and student participation. I transitioned course material to help develop online courses, utilizing tools such as Google Meet, Blackboard Collaborate, instructional videos, and chat tools to effectively communicate with students.

I worked one-on-one with students in hands-on labs, offering advice and constructive critiques to students' practice of skills. I created practice scenarios for students, helping them to develop both their skills and their confidence.
