It was an honour to be a first intern at VIEMR. When I knocked at the door of VIEMR out of my interest in VR technology I intuitively felt that this experience will highlight a new direction in my professional career. We created a win-win situation: I had an opportunity to apply business advisory knowledge into practice and bring a great value for the business strategy. The main objective was to create a strong value proposition for the chosen customer segment and formulate a business model for VIEMR. I laid out a strategy to become a VR specialist within the Mental Healthcare sector specifically in relaxation therapy. VIEMR learned how to design the new business model with entrepreneurial tools namely Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Designer and validate it through in-depth interviews with customers. During 5 month of working shoulder-to-shoulder with VIEMR I hold several internal workshops to create the prototypes of business models, revise the findings and plan further steps. VIEMR also learned how to design a business model.
