CurrentDigital Product Owner and Digital Program Manager, responsible for developing long-term product roadmap as well as acting as product owner for all Marketing aspects of a new responsive web experience for TD Ameritrade. Successfully spearheaded and planned the launch initiative of over one million clients to multiple digital platforms, ensuring all internal departments understand their role in releases, facilitate communication of release readiness internal and external and managing products already in the market.• Partner with UX, Market Research and Marketing communication teams to implement research findings to plan out successful product launch campaigns.• Manage communication across multiple team members ranging from development to marketing, sales and customer service in order to create the best customer experience possible.• Lead cross functional, working group, and steering committee meetings to communicate project/program requirements, and effectively collaborate & strategize with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects/deliverables while adhering to strict regulatory compliance.• Product Owner for an agile team that develops a responsive website for TD Ameritrade portfolio products.• Collaborate with a multi-location team on a day-to-day basis.• Responsible for developing stories and prioritizing backlog. • Attend all agile ceremonies.
