In charge of overseeing restaurant operations at Amara at Paraiso, including but not limited to hiring and developing staff, mazimize property profitability, monitor operations to achieve targeted budget goals.Additionally, in charge of developing and managing entire Bar/Beverage program including menu creation, spirits and cocktail selection, recipes development, purchasing of bar equipment/tools/glassware, costing and pricing of all spirits and non-alcoholic beverage offerings, purchasing and managing inventory, creating and maintaining strategic partnerships.Assisted with menu development, spirits selection and costing at other properties from the Genuine Hospitality Group.
