I lead production of B2B education projects (clients feature Yandex, VTB, Lamoda):- Worked with clients from step 0 to define their corporate education needs, formulated custom product concept, objectives, tech specs and formats;- Calculated product economy, formed a quote, built a team, worked with contracts and payments;- Oversaw all project development stages and coordinated teamwork;- Lead weekly demos for clients and managed all client communications.Overall, I produced over 10 custom edtech products featuring videocourses, interactive longreads, animation pieces, webinars, slide courses, downloadables, and audio pieces.

I produced online courses for the Teachbase library: - researched our TA and their educational needs via custdev interviews, - analysed sales history and suggested a product development strategy;- worked with subject experts on course scenarios;- coordinated all production works;- oversaw marketing communications for each of the courses;- collected customer feedback and suggestions, tracked NPS and CSI.

I worked on the Product Marketing and Analytics Master Program (part of a joint Netology + University of Finance project).— I prepared educational content: webinars, video lessons, slide decks and tests— Helped Senior Instructional Designer with the program development— Created the discipline's syllabus.

I planned and executed brand campaigns:- I built from scratch and launched Semrush's Merch Store, and produced all the swag for it;- Team Global Marketing Day 2023 (150 speakers, over 100,000 attendees);- I created, designed, and published the first-ever branded Semrush Book;- I lead Semrush's Product Newsletter with over a million TA;- I lead Employee Advocacy Program at Semrush;- Team Semrush AU Awards, Semrush Data Awards, Semrush Summer Jam

I was building and strengthening our community on all social media and platforms:- I boosted and maintained Semrush's presence across G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, Trustradius to ratings no lower than 4.5/5;- Launched charity, email and community campaigns;- Collected a huge database of amazing customer references to be used on brand assets;- Educated and supported Semrush community across Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram;- I produced the fullest product overview video in the first 2 months in the team.

I created data stories with Semrush data and worked with journalists to build Semrush's presence across biggest media.- I secured major company feature publications in Forbes and TechRepublic;- I created and pitched over 50 data stories;- I produced two major data studies featured on Semrush blog.

I organised, promoted, and hosted international business events for food tech:- I produced 11 business conferences (from agenda creation to hosting);- I researched and recruited over 300 speakers from food tech (science, business, regulatory, marketing);- Secured media and government partnerships for our events;- Introduced and executed our first Youtube promo campaign (over 50,000 Youtube video views).
