*Responsible for the overall execution of a specific program or programs, the reporting thereof, and the customer relationship. Must ensure that the program is designed, engineered, planned, and managed throughout the manufacturing process by multiple functional operations, and shipped per the customer’s requirements and expectations.*Manage program earned value, maintain program schedules, and ensures programs are in compliance with quality, commercial and or government requirements. *Oversees, approves, and responsible for the creation of responses to RFQ’s, additional changes in contract/program scope, and/or any and all customer or internal changes that affect program goals/metrics. *Meets regularly with Customers and promotes up-scope sales generation on existing and new opportunity programs. *Proficient in Negotiations and Conflict Resolution. *Ensures Programs are in compliance with standards and specifications as applicable. Monitors risk on programs and allocates appropriate time to mitigate risk levels and provide risk assessments as needed to mitigate identified risks. *Reviews department metrics to ensure accuracy of reporting program performance to management and Customers. Provides recommendations to improve metrics designed to enhance operation efficiencies. *Generates and provides all required documentation regarding complete control and monitoring of assigned programs. This includes scheduling, manufacturing visibility and providing reputable forward looking forecasts. *Document all contract and manufacturing changes. Interface with Sales, Estimating and ERP administrator for cost or schedule impact improvement. *Responsible for the implementation and distribution of design engineering drawings and subsequent design changes to QA and manufacturing organizations. Responsible for the removal of obsolete drawings from circulation.

*Represent the Company in the acquisition of goods and services required to assure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. *Primary objective to identify and obtain the products and services that must be obtained externally. *Evaluate, and determine the best supplier, value and delivery for those products and services*Find best product for the best price, from reliable venders*Evaluate new contract and determine buy-out requirements*Assure that the acquisition of all goods and services will meet the requirements of the contract*Track and maintain proper levels of stocked inventory*Initiate and implement process improvement initiatives *Coordinate as needed to resolve invoice discrepancies*Advise obsolete components and recommend alternates
