I am employed at Kingston Grammar School as Head of PSHE and also teach Psychology. Running the PSHE department is a challenging and rewarding role and I continue to campaign for more prominence for PSHE both in and beyond school for our students. I also work as an AQA examiner and completed my DDSL training this year.I gained my MSc Teaching of Psychology (Distinction) a few years ago - supported by KGS.I started my teaching career at Brooklands college and then at Richmond college teaching A-level Psychology as well as working on the Access courses.Prior to my career as a teacher I qualified as an accountant and was able to return to this role when I lived in NY for 2.5.years.FCCA - qualified at BZW, employed at Nat West Markets, Greenwich Nat West and Barclays Capital.
