As a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. (Ont.)) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a strong foundation in interdisciplinary science and applied disability studies, I am dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with diverse needs. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Integrated Science from McMaster University, where I adopted an interdisciplinary approach that continues to inform my clinical practice, and a Master of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University.I have extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults across a range of diagnoses, including Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety disorder, Down syndrome, learning disorders, and other developmental disabilities. My clinical approach focuses on identifying and addressing barriers to learning, considering the impact of caregiver burnout, and ensuring that both clients and families receive the support they need to thrive in behaviour analytic services.A significant component of my clinical work involves collaborating with the Children’s Aid Society on transition and safety planning, aiming to prevent family breakdowns and stabilize children in their current homes. My professional goal and passion are to see the field of behaviour analysis continue to grow and be utilized across various populations and service settings. I am committed to serving the community and improving people's quality of life through the application of behaviour analytic principles.
