Qualitative researcher specialised in children's rights and participatory methodologies.Co-founder and president of Articolo12, a company providing consultancy services to international organisations and NGOs, as well as to private and public institutions. I lead and engage with several of Articolo12's projects, while curating the contractual and administrative details within the company. I hold 15 years of experience in the field of children’s rights and international cooperation, and, since 2020, I work as Child Participatory Research Consultant for UNICEF Innocenti – Global Office of Research and Foresight. During my professional development, I have been collaborating with many national and international organisations, including the ILO, UNODC, the Council of Europe, and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. I hold a M.A. Degree in Children’s Rights and Childhood Studies from the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences (Germany) and a M.A. Degree in Modern and Contemporary History from Jawaharlal Nehru University (India). I manage and engage with projects in both the Global North and Global South. I am passionate about working with and for adolescents, especially those belonging to marginalised communities and holding discriminated identities. I believe respect, protection and fulfillment of children's and adolescents' rights cannot be disengaged from intersectional and anti-adultist approaches, and should be enshrined within critiques to both colonisation and capitalism.
