Managed a team of 54 people as an out-plant in Croydon Corporate Service Centre. Responsible for the day-to-day running of JPMC travel account, Amex's top tier banking customer, dealing with all levels within the bank. Ensured service delivery, superior customer service and account ownership.Top achievements:• Successfully won 4 UK JPMC re-tenders, ensuring AMEX kept this top account valued at £40 million.• Supported the bank in negotiations and re-negotiations of their preferred airline and hotel programs.• Presented to all levels of the bank at client forums and user groups in the UK and abroad.
