-Lead and manage SOZO Consultants sustainability and commissioning organizations.-Advise owners and managing directors on further expanding our organization and experimenting different business channels.-Responsible for business development which includes reviewing and managing contract scope,sourcing and engaging new opportunities and supporting commercial development.-Lead the proposal and tendering department.-Train and coach personnel on regulatory compliance and Sustainability and commissioning compliance.-Manage awarded green building design and construction consultancy services for LEED and Estidama projects.-Lead the organization in obtaining 3rd party certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, 18001.

TAV/CCC/Arabtec JVMy responsibilities includes: - Green building practices and strategies.- Site supervision and field audits.- Management, coordination and training of engineering team and subcontractors. - Review of building materials and equipment.- Studied mechanical and electrical system to ensure sustainable building energy design.- Prepared final construction submissions to illustrate compliance with green building certification.

My responsibilities included:- Review of drawings, specifications, BOQ and materials to ensure that subcontractors are following their contractual obligations. - Coordination of all components of a construction project related to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing, or MEP.- Coordination of MEP work and building fit-out packages.- Supervision of subcontractors execution of work on site to ensure the work is done in accordance to the scheduled baseline, approved shop drawings and standards.- Management of communication between all stakeholders.
