The result is the travel cookbook "Eating with Africa" with roughly 50 personal recipes and stories. The book was published published in March 2020, in all German speaking countries by Dorling Kindersley.The travel route: Malawi, Morocco, Namibia, South Africa, São Tomé and Príncipe, Uganda, Madagascar, Zambia, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone. A part of the proceeds goes to supporting the NGO "OneVillage Partners" in Sierra Leone, through Community-led Development.
