- Prepare expense reimbursement reports for employees and assist with travel arrangements for visitors to WID - Place orders for research labs by collecting and organizing appropriate documentation from vendors in the internal ticketing system (FAST)- Determine appropriate funding strings for purchases by researching projects and awards granted to lab employees- Maintain appropriate level of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for WID labs and staff- Survey and provide kitchenettes with general supplies to maintain a healthy and organized work environment- Assist with lodging and airfare logistics when non-employees travel to WID for hosted events

- Maintain real estate by vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning all areas of the house including living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms- Gain client trust by exceeding customer expectations with attention to detail and consistent results - Work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleaning where customers could leave their home
