PROFILE:I have worked with children for many years and have observed that children with special needs have tremendous potential, motivation and resiliency. In an ideal environment, these children have been given opportunities to explore, experiment, have access to hands-on materials and nurturing guidance. All children should be given these privileges and I believe that this must begin at a very early age.
