As a Program Coordinator and Behavioral Interventionist at Healing Horizon Behavior Solutions, I use the Applied Behavior Analysis technique to help children with disabilities such as autism and learning deficits. I work with a team of professionals to design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior plans and interventions, and to provide support and guidance to the families and caregivers. I also manage the administrative tasks related to the program, such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.In addition to my current role, I am pursuing dual degrees as a graduate student at Eastern University, specializing in both Business Administration and Management and Data Science. I am eager to enhance my career prospects by gaining practical experience in the professional arena, and to apply my academic knowledge in real-world scenarios. I am enthusiastic about learning new skills and tools, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), communication, and phone etiquette, that are essential for the healthcare industry. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of both business and data science domains, and to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
