Logistics Сustoms Manager Project: Direct Import / France, Hungary, Spain, China, India, Ukraine,Import activity : Full maintenance of customs clearance for imported goods, including customs formalities /Truck / Sea / Railway;Follow up changes in the customs legislation;Permanent relationship with Customs all over strategic and operational questions;Coordination / Cooperation with customs brokers (4 Company). Manage them for the most effective work. Providing the necessary documents for customs clearance procedure and preparation all documents to close the operative demands of Customs;Preparation of Import Contracts for customs activities;Approval / confirmation the shipping documents;Calculating of customs duties and VAT rates;Customs clearance stages;Procedure and documents for customs value correction;Taking of operative decision of any customs questions and checking demands from customs authorities;Monitoring of new customs rules & documents and Checking of all customs risks;Certification processes (GOSTS, Declarations). Issue and renewing of all declaration of conformity for Company; Cooperation with internal Bonduelle’s departments in Russia / Hungary / France, and Informational relations with all local departments Bonduelle (high management, accounting, marketing, ADV);Registration the Intellectual property of “Bonduelle” Company in Russian list of Federal Customs Service;Regular: Databases; Statistics reports for logistics department;Conduct negotiations.

Project: I/O INC. (ION)• Built up and developed the logistics department in Company from the beginning. The purpose was the import of geophysical Warranty/Commercial spare parts and equipment to the clients CIS; • Preparing the documents for Air & Sea shipments, including all details of customs formalities; The coordination of shipping documents with Sender; • Preparation Contracts for all customs activities (Import/Export/Temporary import, Free of charge delivery, etc.);• Contact with Customs brokers;• Calculating of customs duties and checking any risks; • Providing the necessary documents for customs clearance (customs releases, certificates of conformity, refusal letters, permits, authorizations and registrations, etc); • Operative solution of customs questions; Monitoring new customs rules & documents; • Organization of domestic& regional deliveries; Insurance; Searching a carrier;• Reception / Delivering of spare parts To/From warehouse; Controlling warehouse activity; • Warehouse activity: Managing of spares & equipment stock, inventory, regularly statistic balances;• Warranty replacements / commercial requests per clients demands (processing of contracts, optimize expenses and delivery time, issue documents, etc.);• Databases;• Conduct negotiations.
